If the goods are insured with TNT and lost or broken, we will provide a maximum of 25,000 euros of transportation coverage or approximately 1 million baht.
** We will charge 1% of the minimum order value.
If you do not have insurance, we will compensate you for no more than EUR 10000 or EUR 21.5 / Kg. The claim period is 21 working days.
** However, if there is a risk of fracture or valuable items, such as gemstone or crystal glass will not be eligible for the warranty of the TNT
